I am looking for someone to take over my 6 month contract (which can be extended) in a 4 bed house in north greenwich. I am leaving due to personal circumstances. The house is modern and the house mates are all friendly. The house is situated close to a park, the river and shops as well a short walk from the station.
The deposit is 4 weeks rent so may slightly differ and there is a charge for the gas & electric that works out around 30 a month.
The parking space is also available for an additional £100 a month. It is secure, off street parking, almost next to the house.
