The flat itself spans two floors and is very spacious, with wooden floors and lots of light throughout. There is a large shared dining/living room space downstairs, a guest WC, and a kitchen that grants access to a cozy outdoor terrace within a secure, enclosed communal garden shared with several other flats.

All bedrooms are upstairs, including the advertised large double with en-suite. There is also plenty of additional storage space within the flat.

The flat is located just 10 minutes' walk from the 02 arena and North Greenwich tube station, served by the Jubilee Line, from which you can be at Canary Wharf within two minutes and London Bridge within 12 minutes. At the 02, there is a selection of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a lovely weekend food and handmade crafts market near the station! Closer to the flat in the direction of Charlton, there is a cinema, a large IKEA store, a variety of shops and supermarkets, and multiple gyms.

My name is Erika and I am a current tenant. You would be sharing the flat with two females, 31 and 29 years old. We are easy-going working professionals and are currently in a hybrid working mode. Our interests include cooking, going to the theatre, gym, travelling and indulging in the occasional Netflix binge! We believe in maintaining a healthy living environment, where time together is balanced with respect for each other's personal space.

We are looking for someone who is equally relaxed and easy-going, neat and tidy, and who follows a similar schedule to us.

Rent will be £995, bills are not included and come up to between £80 and £140 depending on the time of year. Deposit is £700.
