One bed flat - North Greenwich

We are moving out of our lovely one bed flat as we are expecting a baby and moving country.

The flat is based in North Greenwich (10 minute walk to the O2 and all the surrounding restaurants and shops) and 10 minute walk to North Greenwich station which is the jubliee line. North Greenwich is a really nice area, it is very residential but has a family/community feel to it. We are right beside the Thames Path which makes for a lovely walk to Cutty Sark qand there is a park 5 minutes away.

The flat itself is an unfurnished one bed (although as we are moving country we would be happy to offer some of the furniture with the landlords permission), there is a large bathroom with a shower and bath and good storage. There is a separate storage space which is great for suitcases and extra storage. The bedroom comes with a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage for two people (or lots for one person)

It’s got a huge balcony which overlooks the cable cars and canary wharf and is a sun trap in the afternoons.

We are very lucky with neighbours and surrounding residents as even though it is a residential area it’s nice and quiet and safe at night time.

We have a concierge (in a separate building) who are great, there is also a gym in that building which you have to pay for, there is an asian restaurant and a co-op all within in reach of our building.

We will be sending any perspective tenants onwards to the letting agency to do their references and checks etc.
