North Greenwich Sunny Double Room!

Hi, I have a room available in my North Greenwich apartment. We are looking for a female roommate to take over the available room. The room comes prefurnished with a double bed and a big desk. You would be sharing a bathroom with my other roommate, Mina, who is very clean.

The closest station is North Greenwich station and there are also a ton of bus options. Grocery store is literally a 2 minute walk away and there is another huge superstore a 10 minute walk away. Ikea is next door. Washing and drying machine is in apartment!

The lease would start in July and the rent would be £1,125 a month. Since we are all international students and don't have a guarantor the whole year's rent for the room would have be paid up front in July to the landlord. We are students and don't pay council tax so would prefer another student.
