Room with bathroom, top-floor North Greenwich flat

I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my top-floor flat with a balcony in the North Greenwich area.

They will have their own bathroom, which is located opposite their bedroom.

Bedroom amenities:
Double bed, wardrobe, radiator, two wall-mounted storage spaces.
[A second wardrobe and other storage units are in the living room that are exclusively for this room's occupant]

shower, sink, toilet, toilet brush, radiator, bin, 2 large cupboards, 2 large mirrors, shaver socket, hand towel ring

Kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sink, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, sieve, spatula, whisks, serving spoons, large knives, oven mits, 12 cupboards, cutlery, glasses, french press/coffee maker, plates, bowls, china cups, wine rack, cooking trays [glass and metal], pans, chopping boards, non-recyclable waste bin, standing-height table which includes drawer and 2 removable trays primarily for fruit and vegetable storage
[new flatmate can have exclusive use of 80% of the kitchen storage spaces since I only use two small cupboards]

Living room: Dining table, six chairs with cushions, sofa, rug, coffee table, cabinets

Balcony: garden table, external light

Boiler room amenities:
boiler, switchboard, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, speakers, large clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board

Hallway: shoe storage cupboard, broadband, four hanging pegs, video phone connection to the building's main entrance [enabling door to be opened for deliveries when buzzer is used] and concierge.

North Greenwich has a bus station, so buses in both directions every 3-5 minutes
North Greenwich Underground is 1 stop to Canary Wharf, 2 to Canada Water, 3 to Stratford.
Westcombe Park national rail station is also within walking distance, which connects to central London.
Cycle lane all the way from the flat to London Bridge

Flatmate preferences
Any nationality, with a preference for fluent English but does not need to be your first language.
Must be LGBQT+ friendly, since I am a transwoman.
I am open to university students or working adults.

I work all sorts of hours as a sports journalist, and while I am a very busy individual with work, I'd love to find a flatmate I can spend time socialising with in and out of the flat when our schedules allow. Including exploring the scenic Greenwich Peninsula or hanging out by the water.

Definitely looking for someone who I can get along with easily and casually whenever we chat, whether that be a 20-second conversation before going out of the door for work, an evening catch-up or a joint activity.

Very basic first aid skills preferred (i. e. recovery position, knowing to call 111/999), as I have epilepsy.

The area of North Greenwich means a lot to me so I'd love to stay living here. Great views, great GP, 12 mins to London Bridge on the Jubilee Line, IKEA is around the corner and some days I can just sit in the parks or on the beach bit of the river and read all day. Love it. [I'm also big on solar power! So I bring my lil solar panels out with me on sunny days]

The GP is literally 40 metres away from the flat, you can usually get face-to-face appointments within 2-3 working days with ease, and they do shared care with private clinics and national hospitals so it's easy to get blood tests, specialist prescriptions etc.

My current work schedule means I can organise in-person or video viewings at most times on most days with a few hours' notice.

Rent is currently £1000 per month.
