Tallest sleek modern tower in the area with great access to the Jubilee line, Thames Clippers and Cable Car (10 min walk) the O2 arena, Design District and all the shops, bars and restaurants. Almost silent building with, surprisingly, no intrusive noise from the O2 nor neighbours. No pets or loud children nearby.

2 minutes’ walk to North Greenwich Central Park and also the Jubilee Greenway, that provides many miles of continuous riverside walks (also for jogging and with a cycling lane) – to Greenwich town, the Cutty Sark and Greenwich Park (and beyond into London) and to the Thames Barrier and beyond the other way.

I am the live-in owner and work for a financial services business, mostly from home. I am very quiet, do not have loud parties, and like to take cultural mini holidays. I would like to find a tenant with a similar lifestyle, except that they mostly work out of home.

Happy to accomodate visits from guests, including overnight (but not all week!), soirees and dinner parties, and also your personal belongings (books, plants, etc...).

Short and long lets considered, with flexibility to extend or reduce by agreement at short notice.


I don’t smoke and it’s not allowed in the flat.

I drink alcohol socially and I do enjoy a beverage watching the sunset from the balcony, especially sharing the view with interesting people.
Rental pricing depends on the length of your stay:
<1 month:  £1,500 per month (pro rata) - no deposit needed.
1-3 months:  £1,250 per month - no deposit needed.
3-6 months:  £950 per month.
6+ months:  £850 per month.

Council Band D. Contribution to bills to be agreed. No pets, thank you.
