Hello!
I’m moving out of my current 2-bed flat and looking for someone to replace me until end of tenancy (Nov 6, 2025). There’s potential to extend but it will be a completely new lease.
Who you’ll be sharing with:
My flatmate is 25 y. o, working in hospitality, loves cooking and staying at home.
Ideally would suit someone who is also quite chilled
LOCATION:
Flat is in a modern build 10-15 walk from North Greenwich Station (Jubilee line) with 3 min distance to the Thames Path.
I LOVE living in this area because it’s close to several amenities, and Greenwich Peninsula has a great community feel. It’s also close to the O2, IFS cable cars, and bus stations that take you all over London.
It’s great for cycling, walking and running around the Thames or to Greenwich Park (30 min walk away). Excellent neighbourhood if you work around Canary Wharf or London Bridge. You can also take the Thames Clipper into the city.
ROOM:
The double room is massive and has plenty of storage space. I will be taking my furniture i. e. table and 2 storage spaces with me, but it’s v spacious and ideal for someone who works from home 2-3x a week.
There’s built in wardrobe in the room and there will be a desk in the area too.
APARTMENT:
The flat is spacious, open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen.
Features:
- Modern development with concierge and a gym
- Shared bathroom and balcony
Availability: Room is available from 22nd of September but can be flexible until the 27th. Minimum length of stay is 6 weeks.
Our tenancy ends on the 6th of November so you can decide whether to move in or start a new contract with the agency.
Rent is £297.5 per week excluding bills. This comes to about £2082 for the whole 7 weeks (£1785 for 6 weeks)
Bills round to about £32 per week.
