Rent is £297.5 per week or £1190 pcm excl bills Bills come to about £125-132 pcm (electricity,
water, council tax etc)
The room is the bigger double of the 2-bed flat, in a modern development that's a 10 min walk from the station and the 02. You'll be 3 mins away from the Thames Path, and a 15 min walk to the massive IKEA.
Greenwich town centre is also a 20-30 min walk
