The studio is on the 6th floor (out of 8), south-facing with great natural light. It’s fully furnished with a private bathroom, kitchen area, study desk, and lots of storage space.

💰 Rent: Around £370 per week (bills included). The exact price and start date can be discussed — ideally covering the full tenancy until September 2026.

📍 Location:
Downstairs there’s a Coop and several restaurants. Within a 10-minute walk you’ll find Tesco, IKEA, M&S, ASDA, Aldi, Lidl, Home Bargains, Sainsbury’s, and Primark.
It’s also about a 10-minute walk to North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line) and The O2 (cinema, outlet, restaurants).

Easy access to UCL, KCL, LSE, and other central London universities — direct Jubilee Line to UCL East and central campus.
