Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to take over the third bedroom in our house share. I am moving out to live with a partner and have had a great 2 years living here.
You will be sharing with two other flatmates called Habat and Andrei, two professionals who work in construction and as a researcher, respectively. They are into anime, gaming, movies, and relaxed social nights.
The house/ room:
Cosy south-facing double room in a three-bedroom semi-detached house in New Charlton.
The room comes furnished with an ottoman double bed, desk, two sets of drawers, a wardrobe and a dresser, perfect for if you want to work from home.
The house has a large kitchen with a double-doored fridge, plenty of cupboard space and basic shared amenities.
There is a large living room with TV and sofa - a large bathroom with toilet, shower and bath plus a separate toilet downstairs.
The house has a front yard and back garden - great if you're a keen gardener or want somewhere to relax outside in the summer.
There is also a lot of storage space around the flat for any additional items and a shed to store bikes etc.
We are a clean and tidy household. We have a weekly cleaning rota for communal areas.
The house is close to great amenities; it is a five- minute walk to Sainsburys, M+S, Asda, Lidl, Aldi and many more in the riverside business park. Ikea, Odeon, Nandos, B+Q are all a 15 minute walk.
The house has excellent transport links into Central London , Canary Wharf , Westminster, London Bridge, The City and Woolwich.
We are a 4 minute walk from Charlton national railway station and a short bus journey to North Greenwich station (Jubilee) , Woolwich station (Elizabeth line) and Greenwich station (DLR).
The rent is £700 plus bills, which average at £150 per person per month. Suitable for someone with a £850-900 pm budget. Council Tax is Band C.
Move in date is the 16 December, although I can be flexible if you'd like to move in on the weekend 13-14 December.
