Hi girls, my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so I’ll be looking for someone to take her room.

* Lease runs until October 2026, although I've lived her for 4 years now so will probably extend again

* Option for a parking space (£130/month) in a secure parking garage in the building - this is separate to the flat but the owner is happy to continue leasing it out

* Greenwich Peninsula
* Sainsburys and Co-op nearby and large supermarkets & IKEA just over a 5 min drive away
* 15 minute walk into central Greenwich and Greenwich park
* Tubes are North Greenwich (Jubilee) and Cutty Sark (DLR) although it is currently closed until March 2025. Also have Maze Hill station very close (under 20 mins to Cannon Street and also goes direct to Luton which is handy for flights)
* The tube is a 15/20 minute walk
* Bus stop is down the road and one runs 24/7. Both are only 2 stops to North Greenwich station
* Cafe's and pubs very close
* 2 minute walk to get to the river

* Move in 12th December
