Double room with private bathroom available March 1st in a bright, spacious Maisonette. The layout is over two floors, with two bedrooms/bathrooms downstairs and the kitchen/living space upstairs. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and two large wardrobes. Rent is 1050/month, and bills come to around 180/month (includes council tax).

The flat is a 5-minute bus ride (the bus stop is right outside the flat) from the north Greenwich station (jubilee line), making travel to and from central London super convenient. Gyms, pubs, cafes, sainsbury local and coop all within walking distance. The river walk is also close by, which takes you all the way to Greenwich Park and Greenwich village (20-30min very scenic walk).

I am a primary teacher who is out most of the day Monday-Friday. Weekends I’m either out exploring the city, or relaxing at home. I’m pretty quiet and definitely not a party person, and like to keep a peaceful and clean home so I am hoping to find a flatmate who is similar. That said, I am very friendly and sociable and enjoy catching up after work and sharing the occasional meal together :)

You will also be sharing the space with my 8-year-old dog. She is medium sized and very quiet/well behaved. However, she is very much a people-dog, and will seek attention from you in the form of snuggles, pets, and exuberant greetings, so you’d have to be comfortable around dogs.
