En-suite room with river views

Heyaaaa lovely people! I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in with me from mid-April, in a spacious 4th floor flat:

- it's an en-suite in a 2-bed flat, with river views. I will be your only other housemate
- Rent is £1,200, with bills another £200 - this is council tax included!
- Room can come fully furnished if you choose to get it from the current occupant, or equally you can bring your own furniture
- it's a new-build, super well taken care of! The landlord is very responsive and always fixes everything super fast (he's very happy to replace anything as needed, and has also kept our rent the same for the past 3 years, so overall a lovely experience renting from him)
- 13 mins walk to North Greenwich station - our neighbourhood is lovely, I feel very safe here as it's mostly young professionals and families that live here. The entire walk from my place to the station is by the river, so it's quite picturesque
- this is a dog-friendly household!

More about me:
- I am a 27 yo professional, working in a creative industry
- Moved here 5 years ago, still trying to find my place here so I'm always up to make new friends and generally love socialising! I'm originally from Eastern Europe :)
- I love cooking, hosting, going out for food/drinks, photography, travelling, dancing painting and anything crafty really!!
- This is a girlyyy household, I'm pretty passionate about home decor so I'd want someone to contribute to keeping this space fun and cosy!
