Tenancy takeover

I’m Prathyusha — I work full-time for a high street bank in Canary Wharf and go into the office three days a week. I’m currently living in a 3-bed flat in North Greenwich (I’m in the small room at the moment).

My current housemates are planning to move out when our tenancy ends on 23rd March, and I’d really love to stay on and renew the tenancy with new flatmates. It’s a lovely place in a great location, so I’m hoping to buddy up with people who’d be interested in taking it on together.

The total rent is £2,500 pcm (excluding bills) and would be split based on room size:
• Ensuite room – £963
• Middle room – £837
• Small room – £700
