Beautiful spacious ensuite room available in SE10

Hello! I am a 26 year old living in North Greenwich looking for a new flatmate to take over this spacious en-suite room in a 2 bed/2 bath fully integrated flat as my flatmate is getting married and moving out.

7 min walk from the nearest bus stop
15-20 min walk from North Greenwich station
10-15 min walk Sainsbury’s, M&S, ASDA, Aldi, Lidl, IKEA

What I’m looking for:

I am looking for someone to replace my flatmate and continue the tenancy with. The room will be available from the second week of July, but my flatmate is willing to move out sooner if need be.

Due to the tight turnaround I am looking for someone to commit ASAP to go through affordability and referencing.

Expenses:

Rent is £1075 and bills come to £150 to £200 depending on the season.

Please note to pass referencing you must make at least £30k. The deposit is £1153.50.

The flat:

The flat comes with a spacious kitchen/lounge that includes a dishwasher, dining table, L shape sofa bed and TV. I’ve chosen not to post the living space on here for privacy but will of course share privately.

There are 2 balconies (think about the summer! 😍)

We each have our own bathroom (yours is the en-suite!)

There is lots of storage in the hallway.

The room is spacious, bright and comes with an integrated closet. It comes with the bed and nightstand but my flatmate is open to selling some of her furniture.

About me:

I work full time in the charity sector as a Campaigns Manager, while completing a masters part time in International Development.

I love the gym! I usually workout 4-5 times a week typically and am training for my first half marathon and hyrox.

I attend HTB Brompton Road and am looking to live with another woman that loves God and wants to encourage each other!

I love to host and cook! We have a large dining table and I’m looking to get a lovely patio set for the balcony.

I want to live with someone who wants a home rather than a “flat share” and wants to become friends rather than just “flatmates”.

I’m quite a social person but also enjoy quiet time so vibes mean a lot to me.

I’m extremely clean and tidy. I want to live with someone that is the same and cares about their surroundings.
