I’m moving out on the 4th July and I’m looking to have someone move in as soon as possible! Room is great. Comes with a huge terrace with outdoor furniture (only accessible to you), a double bed, a TV, a comfy couch, a big wardrobe its mirrors and a nice desk space. Bathroom and kitchen are shared and the flatmates are really cool. The rent will be whatever the prorata is until my move out date and then the arrangement will be with the landlord/lettingd agency.
