New double bedroom with terrace

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room as I’m moving back to Spain. There’s 4 people apart from me, 2 girls and one couple, they’re all super friendly, creative, clean and polite - so I would expect someone at least friendly, clean and polite.

The property has a big living room area and kitchen with a garden space. It also has a downstairs toilet for general use as well as a bathroom you’ll share with another flatmate.

There are also lots of shops like Asda, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, tkmax and hobby craft among others in just a 5 min walk.

The property is a bit messy as I’m moving out but everything will be cleaned and amended before the 29th of June.
