I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in applying for a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment through the London Living Rent scheme.

Important: This isn't a room in a property I've already moved into - we're applying for the tenancy together, so I'm looking for someone who is ready to move quickly and can complete the application promptly.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Total rent: £1,750 per month (to be split between tenants)
Available subject to a successful London Living Rent application
Eligibility requirement:
To qualify for the scheme, applicants must meet the London Living Rent criteria, including having an annual household income within the scheme's limits.

I'm ideally looking for someone who:
Is clean, considerate, and easy to live with.
Is serious about moving and can provide the required documents as soon as possible.
Meets the London Living Rent eligibility criteria.
