We're three friends who work in publishing/production management and are looking for a new housemate for our 4 bedroom house. We're a friendly bunch - keen readers, love baking and cooking, watching TV/films together, going for drinks. We enjoy hanging out and cooking together as well as doing our own things.
Our house is a four bed terraced house with a good sized kitchen, living room and garden out the back. The room available is furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

Rent is £525 with bills on top (£100-£120 atm). The landlord lives next door and is lovely. The room will be available at the start of October.

We're a five minute walk to Charlton Station which has good rail links to London Bridge and London Cannon Street (both about 20 minutes), or we can get buses to either North Greenwich for the Jubilee line or to Woolwich for the Elizabeth line. We live opposite a big shopping park with plenty of supermarkets etc, so all very convenient.
The deposit is £525, and we’re looking for someone who will be here for at least 6 months. Any questions, please let us know!
