As a lodger you will have full access to all rooms except other bedrooms. This is a quiet professional Household and we do not host any “parties” here. I have some very simple rules for anyone moving in:
1. Pay your rent on time (by BACS)
2. Always leave the Kitchen clean and ready for the next person.
3. Clean the main bathroom fortnightly and the other person will do the same on alternate weekends.
4. Keep other communal areas clean and tidy and keep fire escapes clear at night.
5. Be respectful to other occupants
6. Don’t Harm/Kill the Cat!
As a Lodger you will have access to use all kitchen equipment, Microwave, Oven, Air fryer, Hob Fridge/Freezer and be able to use Pans, cutlery, plates etc, you just need to bring your own food.
About the other Occupants.
I am a Live in landlord and occupy the Master Bedroom and en-suite bathroom. I currently work from home full time. The other occupant is a Male working professional at Canary Wharf full time in an office and works long hours, he hardly ever is around at weekends as he has his own property outside London and usually goes home Fridays and returns Sunday night. The Cat I took in after the passing of a family member as I did not want him to be rehomed with strangers. He is quiet, house trained and does not use a litter tray, so the Apartment does not smell of “cat”.
The Bedrooms:
NOW LET: Small Double Bedroom with Single bed, Double Wardrobe with basket drawers, Bed side unit, Desk and a nice cosy rug as pictured. Plenty of lighting too with 6 spots lights and a bedside lamp provided also. The floor is Wood Laminate throughout. The Room also benefits from a nice floor to ceiling window. Single person use only.
AVAILABLE: DOUBLE Room with a double bed, one bedside table and triple door wardrobe unit and triple door bookcase units with glass doors. A good size desk is also provided. The room benefits from a high quality wool based fully carpeted floor with large floor to ceiling windows making this room a nice bright airy room. Single person use only.
NOW LET: Master En-suite Double room with Double bed, Quadruple Wardrobes, two bookcases and En-suite Bathroom.
