Double room with en-suite in 2bed riverside flat

Hi.

I am looking for a person to share this lovely, tranquil homely riverside flat with gorgeous views of London and plenty of open space in the area with access to many shops and facilities nearby. It is a home and has been for everyone that has lived here, not just a flat/ temporary accommodation so I am looking to share it with someone like-minded. It is an escape, peaceful place where people respect each other, get together in the evening, socialise, watch a movie,..

This flat is located in a secured building with its own concierge/security.
I keep this flat comfy, clean and warm since I've lived here for number of years and looking for a nice person, who is tidy, considerate, and looking for a home, rather than a crash pad. II'd like to live with a nice, decent, friendly, easy-going flatmate to share this beautiful home. Ideally looking dog friendly, gay friendly person.

ABOUT ME:
I am nice, easygoing, sociable, professional spend my free time relaxing, some exercise here and there, documentaries, sci-if, music of all kinds, love going to movies and got large movie collection so if you have a passion for movies it’s a big plus, also enjoy going to restaurants, ballet, theatre, galleries,
long walks with my pet, museums or getting lost in the city. Currently working for the NHS. I work during the week at the moment, hopefully return to shifts next year or so. So I would prefer my new flatmate to have mutual respect for each other's work life.
My dog is a small pug, he is a lovely, quite, nice dog. I take responsibility for the dog, feed him, take him out, but some occasional help would be appreciated sometimes if possible, specially once you get to know him, he can be an adorable company, like me. 😊

SHARED AREA:
The flat has an open plan kitchen with polished black look with marble top and tiles, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, conduction hob, fridge, and freezer. Kitchen is fully equipped.
Living room has a nice comfy sofa, large flat screen TV, home cinema entertainment centre, large movie collection. inter garden Outside area include closed balcony and open balcony that is just outside the kitchen through a sliding doors.
There is a storage area in the utility cupboard, also outside space in the winter garden balcony can be used to put a thing or two.
Bike storage is available.

THE ROOM:
Nice, spacious, double room with large window with the view of the Thames, Canary Wharf and surrounding area.
There is a built in wardrobe with lots of storage space inside, and also on both sides outside of the wardrobe.
The room comes with a double/queen size bed with storage space drawers underneath. There is also a separate chest of drawers next to the bed.
En-suite bathroom is white tiled, equipped with sink, toilet, walk-in modern shower with sliding doors.

RENT AND FEES:
The rent is paid monthly in advance.
