🛏️🪞 The large bedroom includes a double bed with a memory foam mattress, large built in sliding wardrobe, side tables and a chest of drawers. There is limited, but available space if you have your own furniture, like a desk for example.
🛋️🪴 The flat has a large open plan living room with a corner sofa, dining table, 50’ Smart TV, sound bar and is tastefully decorated throughout with solid wooden flooring.
💵🧾 All bills are covered by the fixed rate and included in the advertised monthly rent. Everything is covered - council tax, TV license, utilities (heating and electricity) and a weekly cleaner.
🖥️ 🛜 Including full Sky Q package (sports and cinema), broadband (1Gbps HyperOptic fibre)
🧼🧻 We can share the consumable Flat expenses such as cleaning items (£10 each approx. per month.)
🚾💧 You will be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate and the walk in shower has been recently upgraded with body jets and a rain shower-head filtrated by a water softener for all water outlets in the apartment.
🍳🍴 The kitchen area has two fridge/freezers, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, cups and glassware etc. It also has a large breakfast bar that provides additional storage and worktop space.
🧺🧳 We have a separate utility room with a washer-dryer and ample storage for suitcases and other personal items.
🚙🅿️ Secure underground parking is available for an additional cost, approx £90pcm. Some parking is available for free on street during certain hours.
🌿🚲 There’s an outside terrace with bistro seating, partly secure and private with hedges, fencing, gate and our own CCTV as seen from the photo. Additionally, you’ll have access to a private residence courtyard and garden area with secure bike storage via a key code entry provided by the GMV estate management.
👥 WHO ARE WE?
Ore & James are the two current flatmates occupying the other two rooms and are in their late 20s and 30s working in Healthcare/Technology/Creative/Consultancy roles during mostly Mon-Fri 7am-7pm and sometimes night shifts and weekends (see below)
💛 James moved in October 2023, while Ore joined in June 2025 and neither have plans to move anytime soon, we love it here!
🔘 Ore works long hours in healthcare and at times on night shift and weekend rotation.
🔳 James mostly works from the office in Canary Wharf and occasionally from home Mon-Fri.
⏳Our last flat mate was here for 2.5 years and only left to move in with a friend as could not live on their own.
