It has a big landscaped garden on 3 levels with decking and paved areas and is a real sun trap in the summer, the bathroom is also very new and there is a big bath and separate shower.

There are close local shops and a new Sainsburys local opening right by the station, there are also bigger shops in the Bugsby Way retail Park, just a 10 minute walk away and it is just a short hop on the tube or a 15min drive to Westfield Straford.

The bars and restaurants of Blackheath and Greenwich are just 5 minutes away on the train, or a 25 min walk away.

I am a family law solicitor in my early 30s and I leave early in the mornings to go to the gym and don't usually return until 7-7. 30 most evenings in the week, unless I am out with friends after work. I love cooking and I am starting to enjoy gardening in my garden when the weather improves. I also enjoy ski and snowboard holidays, socialising with friends, art galleries. I am quite neat and tidy but fairly laid back.
