I am looking for a tenant to take on my contract at the luxury student accommodation Scape Greenwich.

The room is listed on the Scape Greenwich website as the 'Studio+ Premier'.

The luxury room is 21 square metres and includes an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette.

Having only been built last year, the room is virtually brand new.

All rooms at Scape Greenwich are currently sold out.

Situated on the Greenwich Peninsula near The O2 arena and plenty of bars, nightclubs and restaurants, Scape Greenwich is a short walk from North Greenwich tube and Emirates Air Line.

Rooms include:

-Comfortable bed with storage

-Integrated work area with Wifi

- Fully equipped Kitchenette (includes microwave combo oven, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle).

-Ensuite shower room

-All utility bills included

The building is equipped with a front desk that is manned 24/7 for your security, as well as bike storage and communal balconeys on every other floor (smoking is permitted on these balconeys).

There is also a large communal kitchen and social area downstairs, which is equipped with sofas, a flatscreen televison and pool and ping pong tables. The downstairs kitchen also features ovens for your use.
