This is a stunning, modern, three story townhouse overlooking parkland just 2 mins from the Thames & 6 mins from the tube.

We’re currently looking to find sociable housemates to join us and who will view our house as a home, not just another place to stay.

We're all professionals who are into fitness (but not obsessively so!), fun nights out, good food in, and friendly drinks together from time to time.

Between us we speak English, Spanish, French, Romanian, and Welsh. Everyone in our home is respectful, friendly, and sociable - we happily share some meals, have some nights in and out together, and generally take an interest in each other’s lives, but without intruding on each other's privacy.

There is a spacious living/dining area with views overlooking a park, a fully fitted kitchen, two terraces, a communal roof garden, a residents' gym, and a 24/7 concierge service. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, and electric fan oven, along with all the pots, pans, knives, cookware, cutlery, crockery, and glassware that you might need to prepare and serve a three course family meal. A separate utility room on the ground floor houses the washer / dryer, space for airing clothes, and storage for bulky items.

To be sure of having a restful place to sleep, all bedrooms have both venetian & blackout blinds, under floor heating with a thermostat control in each room for personal preferences, and exceptional soundproofing. Mattresses are under two years old and professionally steam cleaned before you move in.

The house has three bath/shower rooms so that everyone gets their own exclusive space.

ALL utility bills and council taxes are included, as well as a weekly cleaner, access to the residents' gym, fibre broadband with huge download speeds. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, and AppleTV are also included.

The house is a short, pleasant walk from North Greenwich Underground Station, which provides easy access to Jubilee Line trains. The station has a holding platform, so you can ALWAYS get a seat on the tube even during rush hour! The Jubilee line is fast and frequent making getting in and out of central London a doddle.

Bedroom #2 is on the ground floor
Bedrooms #1 & 3 are on the third floor
Bedroom #3 has limited deskspace, only suitable for a laptop or a small monitor.
