Gay Flatshare North Greenwich All inclusive.

We’re looking for a new male flatmate as our friend is leaving London for a new job. The move-in date is flexible.

The room available is a smart double bedroom in a gay flat share near North Greenwich Station. The flat is close to parks and the local ecology park, with nice views of the O2 arena. We have a small sausage dog who takes up a lot of our time, so if you’re not a dog person, this might not be the best fit.

Both of us work Monday to Friday and keep regular hours, so we’re looking for someone who also keeps regular hours and doesn’t work from home.

All bills are included (Wi-Fi, SkyQ TV, Netflix, water, heating, electricity, and council tax).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, chair, lamps, and a 42” TV. It has been freshly painted. The apartment block also has 24-hour concierge/security service.

We’re easy-going guys, generally quiet during the week, and enjoy a glass of wine on weekends, although one of us sometimes works the very odd weekend. We’d like to find someone who works Monday to Friday and doesn’t work from home regularly.
