A double room is available on zone 1/2 border in a listed Victorian townhouse with a modern warehouse feel. It's bright and arty. with huge windows and very high ceilings, so really light even in the winter. The living room is very spacious and light. Bills are low as the house generates a lot of energy through sunlight, so from March through to November, gas and electricity are minimal. Couples considered, although rental cost will alter. The house is close to Notting Hill, Maida Vale, Queens Park, Ladbroke Grove and 7 mins on the tube to Paddington or Euston, 10mins to Oxford Circus..
