Small double room in Kilburn

Hi, this is a double room (not huge but big bed).

The bills are not included. We share it and should be paid by 21th each month. The rent on 9th day monthly.

The housemates are all spanish (2 boys and 1 girl).

In the house has 1 toilet, 1 living room and 1 garden.

We use to clean and keep the house tidied (we prefer use our money with other things instead pay some company to clean it 😉). However there is not a rota. We are easy going people and enough reasonable.

The landlord does not live with us.

The room is gonna be available from 9th september. However, we can relax it if talked.
