Hi guys i have 2 double bedroom to rent, My name is Alessandro i am Italian and i am 38, i am looking for single or couple to share the Flat with me, this Flat is located near Queen's Park station, Around here there is a lot of shops and some shops open 24h, there is also a night bus always run to Piccadilly Circus, so about the Flat is with the kitchen and living room open space, the bathroom is with the bathtube but you can also Take a shower, about the deposit is 500 pounds, and about the rent is 600 pounds per month if you are single, if is couple the rent Will be 700 pounds because the bills they Will cost more, and if you are a couple the 700 pounds is to split is not 700 pounds each, the payment of the rent could be weekly or monthly, and about the rent is bills included, looking forward to see you.
