We are two full time working professional females who are looking for someone to share our home. It’s not a party house but somewhere to relax and chill after a long day at work. The flat is not a glam show house looking but cosy and comfy in a great location.

Located at the top end of Portobello Road with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Ladbroke Grove tube station (Hammersmith & City line) is a 6 min walk away and Notting Hill Gate (Central line) tube station approx. 15 min walk. Also, plenty of buses in the area to use.

The flat has three bedrooms, a large kitchen, living room, bathroom and small roof terrace. A very sweet cat called Evie also shares the flat and she likes to think she rules the roost!

The rent is £800 per month plus bills £100 (includes council tax, water, tv licence, Sky & broadband). In addition, there are quarterly gas and electric bills.
