Cozy room in Notting Hill

**working professionals and female only**

This October I will be moving away for my postgrad so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

We are an all female house and the current tenants are 21, 24 and 27. There is a mix of young professionals and mature students. The vibe of the house is very chilled as we all have busy lives but it is still social and friendly. We enjoy watching movies together or the occasional pub trip. We also don’t mind having guests over or hosting dinner parties - we just always give each other notice ahead of time :)

The room is cozy but with really good storage. There is a built in wardrobe with additional storage cupboards outside the room. In addition to this, there is a desk outside the room that overlooks the terrace.

In general, the flat is airy and bright. It is two-storey and the toilet is in a separate room to the shower/bath.

The house is a 2 minute walk from Latimer Road station, a short walk from Portobello road and not too far from Holland Park.

I am truly very sad to be leaving, this has been a rare find in my time renting in London. I hope the next tenant loves this home as much as I have :)
