Beautiful One Double Bed Flat In North Ken (Now!)

Hello!

I'm leaving my cute flat in North Kensington this month (free from 10th October 2024) and I'm looking for someone to take over it! This is such a great flat - no joke! - it's on the top floor so you don't have to think about who's leaving on top of you!

It's a one double bedroom flat but trust me looks/feels like a two-bedroom flat due to the spacious of it. There's a very cozy living room where you can put a double sofa bed for sure, so you can have any guests without problem. There's a kitchen area with a big spacious dining area at the same time, which gives you much more space around the flat. The double bedroom faces the back of the house so it's very quiet, plus you have plenty of storage (which is pure gold for London flats!)

Location:

You are 10-15min walking from White City Station (Central Line) and 15min walking from Latimer Road Station (City and Hammersmith Line). Also, you have night buses 2 blocks from the flat.
There's a Tesco half of a block from the house, lots of restaurants and bars around the area as you're ONLY 15min WALKING FROM NOTTING HILL. And if this was not enough... You are walking distance from Westfield shopping mall where you can find anything you want! If you want just to read a book in a chill park, then you have half of a block a nice park or Kensington Park next to it. There's a hospital near the area in case needed, and the GP will be a few blocks from the house (5-6 blocks).

Unfortunately, I need to leave the flat due to some personal issues which requires me to leave the UK! The price is great and the flat (I promise!) is great, super spacious, bright and in super quite area. Lastly, for obvious reasons, some of the furniture I'm not going to take it w me so if needed I can for sure leave it such as: Double Mattress (SUPER comfy!), double sofa bed, lamps, dining table, etc.
