My lovely flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take
over her room in our cozy 2-bed flat. The room is a decent size and
comes furnished with a bed – ready for you to settle in.

Spacious and well-maintained

Shared living space and kitchen
Tesco right next door for ultimate convenience!
Fantastic location between White City/Shepherd’s Bush and Notting Hill
– both just a 10-minute walk away

Note: the bathroom is about to be redone and replaced with a shower.

Central Line (10-min walk to White City or Shepherd’s Bush)

About Me:

I’m male 31, originally from New Zealand, and work full-time (mostly WFH 4 days a week). I’d prefer a flatmate who goes into the office, but this isn’t a dealbreaker – we can chat about what works best for you. I’m away most weekends, so you’ll often have the place to yourself!

About You:

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy flatmate. Ideally, someone who works full-time and is up for a chat over a cuppa (or wine!) but also enjoys their own space.

Around 20 December, but I can be flexible if January works better for you.
