I am looking for 1 person only that is willing to share a small maisonette located on Barlby road. The move is planned for the beginning of April..
It is suitable for professionals that can prove an earning of at least £36000 per annum.

Rent including Council tax and bills (electricity, water & internet) is £1400

Bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is also a small lounge where I will be adding a small bar with stool and kitchen table.

The house just got a refresh. There is all amenities and everything is in good working condition overall.

In your bedroom you will have the choice to have 1 double bed or single bed.
There will be a couple of wardrobes for storage, small sofa and chair on request too if needed.

The sofa may be replaced on the picture will be replaced.
A folding dinning table will be added also.

Location:
The house is a very safe part of North Kensington. You will basically avoid the crowd from the Notting Hill carnival.

Buses 7 and 70 are literally at the door step of the house which means and it is very well deserved and can bring you to Ladbroke Grove tube station in less than 5 minutes to catch the Circle, Hammersmith or district line! You can be in th city within 30 minutes very easily.

On foot, we are about 15 minutes walk from the big Sainsbury's on Canal way, 15 minutes walk from portobello road and 15-20 min walk from Latimer rd station OR Ladbroke Grove station.

The property has a garden which is not looking at its best right now but I am a gardener and planning to grow lovely vegetable and plants so if you like fresh produce you will have that as a bonus! As long as you help a little bit with the watering and weeding once in a while!! :)

As a person I lam pretty easy going, can be chatting but also happy to be on my own. I would like to share the house with someone sharing the same values.
I work long hours so I can't promise to be able to socialise that much but I enjoy exchanges from time to time when I can.

In general you will have to be responsible, clean, tidy, considerate with noise level, participating with daily and weekly chores, leaving the place better than they find so that it's a pleasant and peaceful experience for everyone.

Guests and visitors can be discussed but no long term boyfriend or girlfriend allowed (due to the tenancy agreement).

There is strictly no smoking in the house.
