Beautiful Home - King bedroom, walk-in wardrobe

We have a beautiful king-sized bedroom in a modern, clean house. Fully furnished with a great-sized garden and decked patio.
The house has great amenities like a washing machine (and dryer), dishwasher, coffee machine and more! The bottom floor consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge and has a toilet/washroom. On the second floor, there is a shared full bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The room is spacious and includes all furniture (a tv, king bed, cupboards) with plenty of storage space + a walk in wardrobe.

A bit about us -
We (27 & 32 years-old) met on Spareroom a couple of years ago. We are both easygoing, chilled professionals, I'm a jewellery designer and Harris works in finance.

We are looking for someone who is considerate and respectful (clean, kind, all the basics). We love living in this house and would like to find someone who also appreciates it!

Typically, we keep to ourselves during the week, with short catch-ups in the kitchen. We enjoy doing things like pub trips and the occasional Sunday roast as a house. But are equally happy doing our own thing. We'd be hoping for our new housemate to match this vibe.

The rent is £1325 (bills not included).
Bills differ but are around £150.00 each (includes council tax)
The deposit is £1533.33

The location is fab, a 15-minute walk to White City Station. 10-12 minute walk to Latimer Road or Ladbroke Grove. Portobello Market is also within walking distance. There is also a bus stop near the house with the numbers 7 and 70 (these are also night buses - super handy).
