Flat is on two floors. Room is upstairs and has double bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, lovely outdoor balcony, super fast broadband. The flat is quiet, clean and the tenants are professional hard working friendly people. Also upstairs are Leilani who works in classical music and Caoimhe (She's Irish) who's training in cancer research.. Downstairs, and not sharing the bathroom is Ryan (Aaged 23) who works in finance. . . The flat's kitchen and bathroom are very modern. There's a Washing machine etc, and superfast broadband. It's lovely. The building is 60s utilitarian on the outside, but the flat is really, really nice inside and a great spot. NOTE: If you go to google street view with the postcode, you get taken to the wrong street. You ahve to put the actual address in. ,Council tax, block service charge and broadband are paid, tenants pay heating and lighting. A cleaner is included once a fortnight.
