Spacious double room to let in a 2 bedroom flat in North Woolwich.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, cupboard, blackout curtains, desk and 2 chairs.
There is no shared living room.
Bills are around £150-£200 per month (Council tax, WiFi, water &electricity)

The flat is in a quite residential area with 24/7 security. There are several shops nearby as well as a small park facing the river, ideal for summer walks.

A little bit about myself.
My name is Nyx , I am a 30 year old professional working in fashion as a pattern cutter. I have been living in London for 9 years and I have been living in this flat for two years with my kitten Artemis. She's very friendly and affectionate and gets along well with humans and dogs as well 😁.
I usually work Monday to Friday, I do quite long hours so on weekdays I usually enjoy a quite evening cooking and reading or watching Netflix, during the weekends I tend to be more social and go out.

I can be very friendly and social but I also enjoy my quiet time. I like keeping my living space tidy and organised and I am looking for someone who is willing to do the same.

Couples welcome but the price would be different.
