About the Landlord: Mother is an empty nester, originally from Uganda, East Africa. She'd like to find tenants with the right frequency to join the house hold. Though in her 60s, she is still very active, social and likes to drink on occasion. She is an energetic landlady.

The Property is managed by one of her 4 children- her daughter - who helps to source or remove tennants.

The ideal tennant would be a professional or mature student. Who does most of their socialising outside of the house.
Tennants should not bring any loud or inconsiderate guests to the house.
No long stays with partners unless you discuss first and are willing to pay for double occupancy for the calendar month.
Smoking is allowed but not in the house. Only in the front or back garden
Pets: Cats may be considered
