The ideal tennant would be a professional or mature student. Who does most of their socialising outside of the house.
Tennants should not bring any loud or inconsiderate guests to the house.
No long stays with partners unless you discuss first and are willing to pay for double occupancy for the calendar month.
Smoking is allowed but not in the house. Only in the front or back garden
