We’re looking for a new flatmate to replace my spot in a modern, light, and spacious 4 double bedroom flat in North Woolwich (E16). The flat offers stunning river views, a private balcony, and parking. It's a 15-minute walk to the DLR, providing easy access to Canary Wharf and the City.

You’ll be living with three other flatmates – two professionals and one student. They’re easygoing, fun, and sociable, making the flat a comfortable and friendly place to live. We’re looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy, and would enjoy a great balance of independence and community. The bathroom will be shared with two male flatmates.

This room is available for a short-term stay, and the contract will be on a rolling periodic tenancy basis, meaning it renews automatically each month, offering flexibility for both parties. Please note, if you plan to move out in the future, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement for your room.
