3 months tenancy

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to take the spare room in the flat while I'm away on a two-month work trip to Mexico. The tenancy would be short-term, ideally from any time in March to mid-June, with some flexibility on the dates to allow for an overlap and a smooth handover before I leave. Bills will be £150pcm, provided they don’t exceed a 10% increase from the usual amount.

My flatmate is a lovely guy, who I’ve lived with for a year. He’s tidy, sociable in the kitchen, but also enjoys his own space. He’s quiet in the evenings, as he has work commitments during the week.

I’m keen to maintain a clean and tidy kitchen, which is bright and open, with French doors that lead out onto a lovely roof terrace. The kitchen is also fully furnished with good quality utensils.

The flat has a shared bathroom with a shower, and it’s located on the first floor, up a set of stairs. The room available for rent is at the top of the house and is the warmest room, featuring a hanging wardrobe with two drawers and a bedside cabinet.

Someone ideally working a professional schedule, to align with my flatmate’s routine
