Rooms In Northfields, Ealing, W13

Hi Everybody,

I have 3 rooms to rent in a large terraced house in Northfields west London. I am looking to rent to 2/3 people. This might be to family, sharers or singles.

The house has kitchen, breakfast room, lounge, downstairs cloakroom (with sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine), sitting room and upstairs family bathroom and gardens front and back.

There is residents parking on the street out front.

The rents are negotiable but I am looking for a maximum of £500 for the smallest room and £700 for the two larger ones making a total of £1900 based on three singles.

There is an additional room which I plan to use as a store. and will need to pop in occasionally, but would not be living in the property.

Pets considered on a per case basis. Strictly no smoking in the house.

All Bills are included except for expensive landline telephone calls. There is central heating and BT "infinity 2" broadband.

I am currently decluttering and will up date photos when finished.
