Newly decorated large double room available in a very comfortable and well equipped , cosy home. Street parking is free and we have a weekly cleaner included in the price. This is a safe, comfortable neighbourhood, surrounded by parks and lots of transport options. Sharing with 2 professional females, the house is warm and very comfortably furnished with a large kitchen diner and a peaceful and secluded sunny garden with gas bbq. All home comforts included such as TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc.. I am looking for someone who would enjoy living in this fully furnished and equipped homely environment with my 2 other lovely lodgers as I will be away a lot of the year. . I’m looking for a professional, clean, quiet and respectful and easy going individual who would love and value living in this homely environment. When I’m in the UK I occasionally look after other people’s little, well behaved dogs, so animal lovers would be welcome.
