A very large, bright, airy single room will become available on the 9th of April in our friendly house share in Northfields, Ealing.
There is also a parking space available on the driveway, should you own a car.

Burnham Way is a quiet residential street only minutes away from the buzz of Northfields Avenue, and in between Northfields / Boston Manor stations, both on the Piccadilly line and offering quick and easy access to either central London or Heathrow airport.

A variety of buses ( E2, E3, E8, 195, and N11 ) also stop nearby.

There are two Sainsbury's Local and a Tesco Metro, plus a lot of restaurants and eateries within a five-minute walk from the house.

The house is fully furnished, featuring central heating and double glazing, and it comprises four single bedrooms, a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom facilities with a separate toilet.

In addition to the above, an outdoor space/ garden comes in particularly handy if you happen to be a smoker, as this is otherwise a strictly non-smoking household.

The room is very spacious and furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and three chests of drawers: one large and two small.

Your flatmates? Three easy-going, quiet, respectful, and friendly professionals from Poland, Portugal and Scotland, aged 32 to 45.

The rent is £730 per calendar month, and one month's deposit is required.

The apportionment to bills and taxes (currently estimated at £130 per month, including 2 x a month cleaner) will be added to the rent, making this a great deal.
