I'm looking for a professional female flatmate for my two-bed, one-bath flat in Northfields. The flat has been recently renovated and is attractively decorated and furnished, with a well-sized kitchen and a shared garden.

The available room is a spacious double with a bay window, currently furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and mirror, but with room for a chest of drawers/desk etc. West-facing so you have the best light in the flat!

- £1050 per month including bills (council tax, energy, water, internet, tv licence)
- 7 minutes walk from Northfields Tube station on the Piccadilly Line
- Communal garden accessible from the kitchen
- High-speed wifi
- Well-stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, gas hob, electric oven and storage.
- Lots of parks in the area, and Northfields Avenue is a short walk away with coffee shops/delis/a cheese shop/little Sainsburys and Tesco
- I have an indoors cat (a very sweet tuxedo girl)

About me: I'm a 34-year-old woman working in publishing. I work from home 1-2 days a week but I'm quite often out in the evenings seeing friends or going to the cinema/theatre/a book event. I'm quite a keen cook and very happy to share a meal and catch up over a glass of wine (or a pint in one of the two nice local pubs) when we're both in!
