Double room with en-suite in Northfields

Hello Guys,

I'll be moving out to my own flat and looking for someone to replace me.
Moving date is 30th March but there is flexibility on it and could be earlier than that.
The room has its own en-suite bathroom, king size bed and comes furnished with large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk for those who wfh.
The house has a garden and you will be sharing kitchen and living room with friendly housemates.
There is cleaner coming every 2 weeks to clean communal areas.
All bills are included in the rent, couples are welcome.
All rooms in this flat are rented via agency.
If you will be interested in renting I will be passing your details to agency for references and checks.
The house is located in very nice, quiet area with many cafes and restaurants. Sainsburry's Local, Tesco express and Northfields station 5-10 minutes walk, 3 minutes to bus stop that takes you to Ealing Broadway in less than 15 minutes.
