A large double room is available May as I am moving out of the property (fairly flexible on dates) 3 mins walk from Northfields tube (Piccadilly line)

3 of your flatmates would be under 30 and the other is slightly older. Large bathroom shared with 2 others.
It is managed by a letting agency who requested the below:
- The new applicant must be in full time employment
- No couples or no friends sharing the room
- They are subject to a referencing process and will be required to pay 1 weeks rent to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first month's rent once complete
- The new occupant will be required to make a one-off contribution to Council Tax of £150 upon signing of the contract.
- The usual process of first and last month's rent is payable once contracts are signed
- To clarify, they will be entering into a new 12-month contract with a 6-month break
On the last point - I think you’ll also get the option to leave out of term if you find a new tenant (Like I’m doing now!)
Once you’ve said you’d like to move in, the agency will take over from me for references and signing contracts and all of that
