Due to work I have to relocate and leave this lovely house. I am advertising a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The room is very spacious and airy. The flatmates are lovely, tidy and respectful. They are very easy to get along with and we have developed excellent communication. The house has been a calm oasis for me and it is suitable both for people who are more introverts and for people who are more sociable. We have a lovely garden and a shared living room.
I am looking for someone tidy, clean and respectful to take my place iin the tenancy.
The price includes bills, there is a fee of 12£ for the biweekly cleaner.
I will leave my desk, and a wardrobe behind that I can sell to the next occupant.
