Me (Cherrie) and my lovely friend Julian are looking for a flatmate to share our 3 bed house with. It's a maisonette with 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, office and a garden.
Rent is £734 without bills. Bills come around £80-100 a month. We put this in a shared account every month for communal items/all bills e. g. to keep thing simple and fair!
We're looking for someone to sublet this room until February, with hopes of them wanting to sign on the contract for a year after that :)
This bedroom is a double bedroom, with plenty of space, black out
Blinds, a skylight and storage space. It has its own bathroom. Parking is easy in our street. :)
I'm a scenic painter working mostly in TV and Film and Julian works in art departments in TV and film/ in an architecture firm.
We are looking for a working professional, 24+ years old, who likes spending time together, watching films, going to restaurants and pubs, game nights, and having a few laughs but also wants their own space. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly!
8 minute walk to northfields Station (picadilly) 10 min walk to west ealing Station (Elizabeth) and 20 minute walk to Ealing Broadway (Town, Central line, Elizabeth line, District line)
