It's furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, small table/desk with chair, shelves, and laminate flooring. It provides good storage space and plenty of shelves.
The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. a washing machine, gas cooker, fridge freezer, etc. and has an access door to the garden. Street parking is available for a small fee to the council.

The accommodation would suit a quiet, clean, respectful of privacy, easy-going professional—strictly no couples, for a single person only.

The rent for the room is paid every two weeks and includes all utility bills + broadband. The figures are set for single occupancy.

Cleaner is not included; therefore, you will have to take a fair share of the hygiene in the house.

The neighbourhood is residential and very safe.
The house is located in West Ealing, which is convenient for commuting to central London or Heathrow. It's positioned a 10-minute' walk to Northfields tube station on Piccadilly zone 3 or Boston Manor tube station zone 4. Also, an 8-minute walk will take you to Northfields Avenue with shops, cafes, two lovely parks, and main bus routes, Inc. two night bus routes into central London.
