Large Room - Kingsize Bed - LGBTQ+ Landlord

LGBTQ+ Live in landlord with two very cute cats. I’m looking to rent out the largest double room in my refurbished house, featuring a kingsize bed, two large built in wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The room also features two mirrors, a beautiful feature fireplace, ceramic radiators and there’s space for storage under the bed. The room Is bright and spacious with two large windows with fitted blinds. If you have a TV, you’d be welcome to have it fitted to the wall above the fireplace or you could. Simply put it on top of the chest. There is potential to have SKY tv in the room too if you want it.

The house is located on a quiet residential street within moments from shops pubs and restaurants, not to mention the Elizabeth and Piccadilly lines which are within ten minutes walking distance. All bills and a cleaner (every other week) are included.

The modern kitchen features high quality appliances (large fridge freezer, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove/electric oven and microwave). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need. The dining room is just off of the kitchen and features a large table with comfy bench seating and two chairs.

The south-west facing back garden is about 30 ft long and paved. There is also a downstairs loo tucked under the staircase on the ground floor.

I have two lovely cats so I’m looking for an animal person who will enjoy having them around. They're incredibly friendly and really make the place a home. Unfortunately if you don't like cats, this is not the house for you. 🐱🐱
Current housemates: Myself - a (recently) single gay guy, 37 working in property in central London 🏳️‍🌈. The other housemates is a lovely straight professional guy who has lived here for nearly two years. We’re both in our late 30’s.

It’s a three storey house. Your bedroom is on the first floor along with the other housemate and a bathroom which the two of you will share. I’m on the top floor and have my own bathroom. We’re chilled friendly and sociable guys.
Northfields underground station is about an 8 minute walk for the Piccadilly Line. West Ealing Station is also nearby for national rail and the amazing new Elizabeth Line at about a ten minute walk. (15 minutes into Bond Street!).
